Our price list reflects standard property sizes as listed below. Where a property contains more rooms than the standard specification for its size, an additional per-room charge may apply, as set out in our Terms & Conditions of Service.

A living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, separate WC, en-suite and 3 bedrooms.
A living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room, bathroom, separate WC, 2 en-suites and 4 bedrooms.
A living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room, bathroom, separate WC, 2 en-suites and 5 bedrooms.
Prices allow for 1 or 2 garages, a garden shed and greenhouse.
A fee for Garden Rooms / Offices and rooms extra to the above will be charged at our discretion. Any excess room charges will be agreed before inspection wherever possible. Extra rooms not declared on the booking form may be charged for.
