S2F Property Services Ltd (company no. 16213741, registered office: 5 Brayford Square, London E1 0SG) provides property inventory, inspection and compliance services across the UK. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website and are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration reference: 00011884878). When you submit an enquiry, booking or callback request, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and where relevant a property address and service details — so we can respond, quote, and deliver the service you've asked for (lawful basis: taking steps to enter into a contract). When you use our free Compliance Checker, we collect your email address and your answers, and we may contact you about your results and related services (lawful basis: legitimate interests, with the right to opt out at any time — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link). When you use our website chatbot, the messages you type are processed to generate replies. We also collect standard analytics data about how visitors use the site.
We use trusted service providers to run this website: Vercel (website hosting), Airtable (secure storage of enquiries and leads), Resend (sending our emails), Google Analytics (website usage statistics), and Anthropic (powering the website chatbot). Some of these providers are based in the United States; where personal data is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, including the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else except where required by law.
Enquiries and leads that don't become clients are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Client and booking records are kept for 6 years after the end of our engagement, in line with legal and tax obligations. Chatbot conversations and analytics data are retained only as long as needed for the purposes above.
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict our use of it, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
