Cosmina Muresan
Director of Client Services and Operations
With more than 20 years in customer service and a property career that began in 2019, Cosmina has worked at every level of the industry, as a clerk, property manager and inspector, before moving into leadership. Trained in Legionella risk assessment, she now oversees client services and inspection delivery nationwide, holding the operational, safeguarding and compliance side of the business to a single high standard. She co-founded S2F Property Services in 2025 and leads a growing national team of regional inspectors, building the long-lasting partnerships, grounded in trust and results, that S2F is known for.
John Treby
Director of Strategic Growth
John has been in general management since he was 18, including years as a Managing Director controlling stock, audits and international sales for several well-known companies. In property he brings huge practical knowledge of inventories, having personally carried out thousands of inspections, and is trained in Fire Risk Assessment, Emergency Lighting, Fire Doors, Smoke Detectors and Legionella Risk, as well as being a trained Awaab's Law practitioner. As Director of Strategic Growth he leads S2F's expansion, building the partnerships with agents, councils and housing associations that carry the company forward.
